Jared's Daughter, Akish, and the Rise of Secret Combinations

Jared, having lost his kingdom, is persuaded by his daughter to regain power through a wicked scheme. His daughter entices Akish, who then forms a secret combination, swearing oaths to murder and gain power. Moroni interjects, warning against these abominable secret combinations, explaining their origin from Cain, and prophesying their destructive power upon nations that uphold them. He admonishes the Gentiles to awaken to their awful situation and repent to avoid similar destruction.
