Alma's People Flee, Establish Helam, and Are Enslaved

Alma and his people, warned by the Lord, flee from King Noah's armies into the wilderness. They establish the land of Helam, where they live righteously and prosper. However, they are eventually discovered and brought into bondage by the Lamanites.
