Great Destruction and Three Days of Darkness
Following the sign of Christ's crucifixion, immense natural disasters including tempests, earthquakes, and fires devastate the land, destroying many cities and lives. This destruction is followed by three days of impenetrable darkness, during which the surviving people mourn and lament their past wickedness and failure to repent.
