The priests of King Noah, hiding in the wilderness, abduct twenty-four Lamanite daughters. The Lamanites, mistakenly believing Limhi's people are responsible, wage war. Limhi's forces repel the attack, capture the Lamanite king, and learn the true perpetrators, leading to a temporary peace.
