Moroni testifies of an unchangeable God of miracles and calls all to repent.
Moroni addresses unbelievers, warning them of the misery of dwelling with God in their filthiness and urging them to repent and be cleansed by the blood of the Lamb. He testifies that God is an unchangeable God of miracles, the Creator, and the source of redemption through Jesus Christ. Moroni explains that miracles cease among men due to their unbelief and promises that signs will follow those who believe. He exhorts all to hearken to the Lord, ask in faith, and work out their salvation worthily.
