Alma 13
Alma teaches about the holy order of the priesthood, ordained from the foundation of the world, to help people look forward to Christ's redemption and enter God's rest. He cites Melchizedek as an example of a high priest who preached repentance and established peace. Alma exhorts his brethren to humble themselves, repent, and watch and pray continually to avoid temptation and receive eternal life.
